The Expression And Singnificance Of NOS And NF-kB Following Kidney Ischemia-reperfusion

Objective:To discuss the adjust mechinism of NOS and NF- κB in brain and different time by observing the expression changes and significance of both injure brain following Kidney ischemiareperfusion Methods: A classical animal model of Kidney ischemiareperfusion was established by imitation. 72 healthy rats were randomly divided into 9 groups each group is 8. namely : control group, ischemia30min (Igroup), reperfusion ischemia 30 min(I/Rgroup) , 2hr reperfusion ischemia 30 min (I/R2hgroup), 4hr reperfusion ischemia 30min (I/R4hgroup), 6hr reperfusion ischemia 30min(I/R6hgroup), 8hr reperfusion ischemia30min (I/R8hg-roup),10h reperfusion ischemia 30min (I/R10hgroup), 12hr reperfusion ischemia 30min (I/R12hgroup) .The varying of expressing of NOS , NF- κB in different time and different brain tissue including amygdaloid nucleas, paraventricular nucleus , nucleus ceruleus are examined by immuno his to chemical technique.Results: the expressing of NF- κB, NOS is the lowest in control group . the expression of NOS reach the higest in I/R8h. a apart of nueral cell have karyolysis and liquefactive necrosis.the expression of NOS have statistic significance among the I/R0h, I/R2h, I/R4h, I/R6h, I/R8h, I/R10h, I/R12h group, expressing of NF— κB have apprant ascend trend in I/R0-8h group, the the expression of NF-κB have statistic significance among I/R0h, I/R2h, I/R/4h, I/R6h, I/R8h, I/R4h, I/R6h, I/R8hgroup. Conclusions Kidney ischemiareperfusion result in the injure of brain.NOS and NF-κB maybe intervene with the chains of the cell injures. amygdaloid nucleas, paraventricular nucleus, nucleus ceruleus maybe participate inregulative effect of central nerve systeme. NO have double effect.
