Objective: This study analyzes the costs of inpatients in a top-three hospital in Xinjiang,finds relevant factors for the increase in hospitalization costs,establishes effective ways to control costs,and provides a reliable basis for controlling the excessive growth of medical expenses.Method: A retrospective survey method was used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the hospital's total hospitalization expenses,uniform expenses,and six types of expenses for the three years from 2014 to 2016.The data was collected using Excel software and SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis and processing.Results: The average annual growth rate of hospitalization in 2014-2016 was 4.87%,the average annual growth rate of total hospital expenses was 3.63%,and the average annual growth rate of average cost was-1.65%;the annual fee composition ratio in 2014-2016 The three categories are medical expenses,materials fees and inspection fees,and the other expenses account for about 10%;the number of male hospitalizations in hospitalized patients is increasing year by year,while the number of female hospitalized patients is decreasing from 2014 to 2015,showing an increase in 2015-2016.Trends;The number of inpatients in each age group is increasing year by year,among which the proportion of middle-aged and elderly people aged 60-69 is the largest,and the average cost for all age groups is also rising,among which patients over 80 years old have the highest expense;With the increase of hospitalization days,the cost of uniform hospitalization also showed an increasing trend;from the perspective of the composition of inpatients,there were more patients with coronary heart disease per year in five types of diseases,accounting for about 30% of 5 different types of inpatients;The number of subjects is the highest,and the cost is the highest.After single-factor analysis,the effects of gender,age,days of hospitalization,single disease,department,surgery and non-surgery,and payment methods on the average cost were statistically significant(P<0.05).The data did not meet the normal distribution.The conversion was followed by multiple linear regression analysis,in which the annual,gender,age,length of hospital stay,single disease,department,surgery and non-surgery,payment method,drug fee,inspection fee,inspection fee,treatment fee,material fee,and other fees were all Statistically significant,it is the influencing factor of the uniform cost.Conclusion: China has entered an aging society,and the health care work of the elderly population is in no rush to slow down medical expenses from prevention.The hospital shall strictly follow the requirements of the medical insurance department to ensure the reasonable application of medical insurance costs.The main influencing factors for uniform hospitalization expenses are the implementation of various rules and regulations of the hospital.It is necessary to strengthen hospital medical quality management,rationalize medical behavior,reduce the risk of postoperative infection,and control the use of advanced equipment.Ensuring healthy access to the community,popularizing health knowledge and chronic disease prevention knowledge;implementing grading diagnosis and treatment to prevent minor diseases from entering the top three hospitals;and providing recommendations and countermeasures to the relevant government departments and relevant hospital departments from the macro level.
