Objective to investigate the pathogenesy of EIARF.Methods Three cases with EIARF were reported retrospectively and the related literatures were reviewedResults (1) three cases were male and the career was police .(2) the clinical manifestation was atypical and the first symptoms were loin pain, nausea/vomiting, oliguria .there was no black urine, no muscle soreness, no muscle swelling.(3) there were no myoglobulin in the blood and urine, the serum urate was not low, and there were no renal vasoconstriction by the imageology. the two renal histological findings showed minimal change, renal small vessel constriction, renal capillary and interstitial vessel extension, one renal ECT showed the nomal a section, no b section, c section flat.(4) all cases recovered completely after the treatmentConclusion the pathogenesy of EIARF was not identified, and was presumed to related with Adenosin.
