Gaucher disease (GD),as known glucocerebroside disease, is the most commen type of lipidoses.GD's main representations include splenohepatomegalia,mental retard- ation,epileptic attack repeatedly and dystaxia , skeleton maybe involved sometimes.Gaucher disease (GD) is caused by a deficiency of the lysosomal enzyme glucocerebrosidase. The neuropathology, the relationship between pathogenesy and clinical classification are analysised, according to the clinical classification of typeâ…¢GD patient and the literatures. It will make the doctors of neurology pay more attention to the nernous symptoms of lipidoses.
