This paper reports a case that a62-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of yellow skin, yellow sclera and yellow urine for one month. The case of the clinical manifestations were not specific, laboratory tests and imaging tests were helpful for the diagnosis, but not confirmed, and finally got a clear diagnosis by pathology and given effective treatment. The pathogenesis of Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is not yet entirely clear, nor uniform diagnostic criteria. In clinical practice, we often require a variety of ways, such as clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and imaging tests, for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. Radical resection is the preferred long-term survival by intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, followed by palliative resection, while conservative treatment and no treatment with the lowest survival rate. Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is less common, so we hope to raise awareness of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma through this case report.
