Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism By QingKangHeJi

Object To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Qingkangheji in treating hyperthyroidism. Methods 60cases of GD of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were randomly divided into tow groups:The treated group patient(n=30)were treated by Qingkangheji,and the control group were treated by tapzole.We regarede tow mouths as a period of treatment.Result There are significant differences between effects of the two groups,P<0.05.Moreover,the indexes of TT3,TT4,FT3,FT4,TSH,TGAb,TMAb are effectively improved in the treated group.There is obvious improvement in the indexes of TT3,TT4,FT3, FT4, TSH in the control group, but the improvement of TGAb,TMAb is not so good as that of the treated group,P<0.05. Qingkangheji has nor toxic action or side reaction. Conclusion: Clinical observe indicate that Qingkangheji has satisfactory therapeutic efficacy in treating hyperthyroidism and it has curative effect in ameliorating thyroid function,regulating immunity and decreasing adverse reaction and it worth observe more.
