| Objective:To observe study the understanding of hyperthyroidism in traditional Chinese medicine,and observe the clinical effect of hyperthyroidism after using Tianwangbuxin Dan decoction in each observational item.To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical use of Chinese medicine for hyperthyroidism with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of hyperthyroidism,TCM Yin Syndrome of hyperactivity of fire,using the principle of randomized controlled,60 cases with more than two clinical diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group were treated by Western Medicine(mainly methimazole),by way of oral,once a day,morning on an empty stomach.The treatment group on the basis of the control group,weregiven Tianwangbuxin Dan Decotion.The two groups were treated with 4 weeks for 1 courses,a total of 3 courses were observed.Were recorded in gender and age,illness duration,the heart rate of patients in each group were observed before and after treatment,thyroid function(T3,T4,TSH,FT3,FT4),thyroid related antibodies(TRAb,TMAb,TGAb),changes in the degree of goiter and TCM syndrome integral,and start and fourth weeks,eighth weeks,Twelfth each week to fill out an observation table after treatment in the treatment before.The adverse reactions during the treatment period were recorded,and the clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results:Baseline comparing,the age,sex,course of disease,incidence and condition of the two groups before treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05),which was comparable.?The syndrome curative effect:The symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved,the total effective rate was 93.33%,another was 66.67%,and the improvement in treatment group was obviously better than another(P<0.05),with statistical significance.?Thyroid hormone levels:Before and after treatment,the serum TSH of two groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),serum T3 and T4 were higher than before(P<0.05),serum FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),with statistical significance;Compared with the control group,the levels of serum T3?T4?FT3 and FT4 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the level of serum TSH was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),with statistical significance.?The change of goiter:in group comparison,the goiter situation of two groups improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).?Thyroid antibody titer levels:Comparing the two groups,the levels of TRAb.TGAb and TMAb of the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),with statistical significance;comparison between groups,the TRAb.TGAb and TMAb levels of treatment group decreased obviously than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.?Influence of heart rate and body weight:comparison in the group,two groups of patients with heart rate after treatment than before treatment decreased the weight of two groups of patients before treatment were increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups,the patients in the treatment group compared with the control group,the heart rate decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the two groups after treatment there was no significant difference in body weight,has the same therapeutic effect ?Safety:in this study,the basic blood parameters of patients in the two groups were within the normal range,good safety,no obvious side effects after treatment.Conclusion:Emperor of heavens special pill decoction for the treatment of hyperthyroidism with hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency excess syndrome yielded better clinical efficacy,The syndrome curative effect,thyroid hormone levels,the change of goiter,influence of heart rate and body weight.It could effectively improve thyroid function hyperthyroidism Yin deficiency Huowang syndrome and alleviate both symptoms and conditions of patients. |
