Objective: the safety and effectiveness of the treatment of senile insomniahyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency by observing the two to sleepparticle, the optimal method for the treatment of senile insomnia.Methods:This study selected from the clinical patients hyperactivity of firedue to yin deficiency type insomnia patients60cases, randomly divided intotwo groups, the observation group of30cases,30cases in the control group,the observation group was given two to Anmian granule, control group receivedWuling capsule, treatment for4weeks. Observed before and after treatmentPSQI scale, SAS scale, SDS scale, changes of TCM syndrome integral and whetherthere are adverse reaction.Results: by statistical analysis, the observation group and the control groupin the treatment of general information including gender, age, PSQI score,there was no significant difference, comparable. The group after treatment,two groups in the clinical curative effect, PSQI score, TCM syndrome integral,SAS, SDS score significantly improved, but the observation group was betterthan control group, and the observation group in three conventional,electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function and so on were not found toinfluence not good.Conclusion: two to sleeping Granule on senile insomnia of fire due to YinDeficiency Hyperactivity has good clinical curative effect, no obvious toxicside effect, is worth promoting.
