Anatomy And Clinical Study Of Cervical Spondylosis By Padding Treatment With Drugs Under Cervical Vertebral Anadesma

OBJECTIVE A study was performed to investigate anatomy and clinical effect of cervical spondylosis by padding treatment with drugs under cervical vertebral anadesma and offer a reliable interventional treatment for patients with different kinds of cervical spondylosis .METHODS 104 cases with cervical spondylosis were randomized into twogroups. Group A was treated by padding treatment with mixed liquid of lidocaine, methylprednisolone (MP) ,danshen and Vitamine B12 under cervical vertebral anadesma, consisted of 52 patients , mean age 53.06±9.73 years, while group B was treated by traction, mean age 52.15 ± 10.19 years . The therapeutic results were evaluated according to the improvement degree of clinical symptoms and signs and statistical management was performed.RESULTS A comparison of the two groups showed a significant difference infine rate and effective rate (P < 0.001 ).The fine rate and effective rate in group A was respectively 96.15% and 100% in group A, 75% and 94.23% in group B.CONCLUSION Padding with drugs under cervical vertebral anadesma to treatcervical spondylosis is a good interventional treatment way and the procedure is simple, safe, effective and reliable and economic.
