Clinical And Experiment Sdudies On Juvenile Bronchial Asthma, Treated With Shuganhuoxue Method

Objective To observe the clinical and experiment effects of shuganhuoxue (SGHX) method and investigate the treatment mechanism to bronchial adthma and probe into the management method and prescroption by the theory of the Traditional Chinese Medition (TCM) and clinical and experiment sdudies .Method :60childrien with asthma are randomly divided into two groups,treated with SGHX method and dingchuantang(DCT) method. observing changes of the children's clinical syndrom and experimental results.Using guineu pig to observe physical sign and laboratory examnation,ECP in blood and BALF of the pigs which were treated with SGHX method are examined in experiment sdudy, comparing with DCT group .Result clinical sdudy showed SGHX method can alterviate syndrom and physical signs of the children and its total efficiency is better than DCT method .experiment sdudy showed the treatment of SGHX method is better than DCT method in relieving asthma .Conclusion SGHX method can relieve asthma .it is an effective treatment to juvenile bronchial asthma and better than DCT method.
