Objective1 Use SLSEP to verify the existence and difference.of Twirling Reinforcing and Reducing2 Observe the changes of IPL/Amp that influenced by Twirling Reinforcing and ReducingMethodsSelect 21 health college students (14 female,7 male),minimum age 23 years old, maximum age 27, all objects have no diseases of the nervous system,have no head/spine/limbs trauma or surgeries,height in 160 to 180cm.In our study, we compare experimental results of before pinprick and that of after pinprick.At the start of the study, we will detect the somatosensory evoked potential of Participants"bilateral lower limbs, and choose the limb which appear clear wave as the formal test limb.Everyone attend four projects detection (not pinprick/reinforcing method of acupuncture/Reducing method of acupuncture/only pinprick), each project detection interval 7 days and each test of four projects be arranged at the same time of very day.After the end of experiment,record related data and be statisticed by statistical softwareResults1 The influence on P40Reinforcing method of acupuncture can delay P40'latency (P< 0.05).Reducing method of acupuncture can reduce its amplitude (P< 0.05).The influence of P40' latency impacted by only pinprick and reducing method of acupuncture was not statistically significant.2 The influence on N45Reinforcing method of acupuncture and only pinprick can delay N45'latency (P < 0.05).Reducing method of acupuncture can reduce N45'amplitude (P< 0.05)3 The influence on P60Reducing method of acupuncture can delay P60'latency (P< 0.05)4 The influence on IPL of N45-P60Reinforcing method of acupuncture can reduce the IPL of N45-P60.Reducing method of acupuncture can delay the IPL of N45-P60Conclusion1 Acupuncture have effect.
