Objective: To discuss the pathogenesis of shoulder-back myofascitis, mechanism of "Small-needle-scalpel" therapeutics treating by observing clinical curative effect. Methods: In term of strict diagnosing standard, we selected 66 patients as testing objects, divided them into two groups at random. Treatment group were treated with "Small-needle-scalpel" therapeutics, control group took Buroufen capsule, used Votalin Emulgel externally. We quantified the shoulder-back myofascitis clinical symptoms and signs including aching, pressing-aching, muscle convulsion, shoulder joint function limited, and regarded these as index of curative effect evaluating, analyzed data by using statistical methods. Results: "Small-needle-scalpel" therapeutics had an obviously effect of easing pain, destroying stale focus, releasing adhesion, contractures and scar, recovering homeostasis, improving focus concrescence. The total effective percentage was 97.37%. The difference of effective percentage between two groups was obvious (p<0.01). The comparison of main symptom before with after treating indicates that "Small-needle-scalpel" therapeutics had a higher curative ratio than the medical therapeutics(p<0.01). Conclusion: "Small-needle-scalpel" therapeutics was simple, safe and efficient for shoulder-back myofascitis.
