Total hip arthoplasty has been an important method to rebuild the function of the hip Joints,in the present ,many.scholars are devoting their researchs to fixation way between.prosthesis and bone of the total hip arthorplastics,and they have made agreat progvess.In the clinic,there mainly are two kinds of fixation ways which are cement fixntion and cementless fixation.In the early 60s.the technology of the morden cement fixation was been made.from Then on, the usage of cement has been wide .In the 70s.the technology of cementless fixation ,which is named as organism fixation has been development .Both of those have not a good method to resolv .the osteolysis.how to choice the fixation way in the chinic .It is a problem to resolve. Which has a better effect to strengthen link intensity between prosthesis and bone to have a long term steady. This article focuses in 303 clinic cases (321 hip joints)in which patients have been all given hip prosthesis replacement in recently 10 years .including 46 cases in which patients have been given hip prosthesis rebuilding .we make a follow-up which contains age gender,type of prosthesis, prosthesis loosening and bone osteolysis of cases which have been given prosthesis rebuilding .and analysis these data,and make a conclusion. It has followed-up.from four months to twelve years ,137cases in which patients are given the first total hip arthroplasty. Its average is 5.1 years.according to criterion of Harris score ,we evaluate the function of hip joints and do a statistical analysis .the results is that no significant difference between cement fixation and cementless fixation .we research prosthesis loosening which we found in the operation and the radiographic evaluation is performed by dividing the acetabulum into three zones as Delee & Charnley's an dividing the proximal femur into seven zones as Gruen et.al.the results is that ait mainly is cementless prosthesis in its early and middle phase.The rate of the bone osteolysis is higher in acetabular Ⅰzone and in femoral ⅠⅥⅦzones the rate of osteolysis...
