Mycoplasm pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) is a disease caused by infected mycoplasm pneumoniae (MP). Its mainly changes in pathology is likely interstitial pmeumoia or bronchiolitis. MPP, sclinical expression always shows fever. It has a long fever-term which is more than two weeks sometimes. And MPP could accompany many pathylogical changes of other organs and systems. The pathogenesis of MPP is not clearly by now. Today MPP is thought of as a kind of immune diseases. Because MPP is short of especial and criteria diagnosis standard at early expired. Its clinic diagnosis is based on the clinical expression and radiographic findings. The rate of MPP, s incidence is increasing evidensly in recent years. And it has prevail trend. The age of comed on is apparently young. MP becomes one of the important pathogeny in children and get more recognition. There are many reports show that MPP is association with asthma. Many MP could get breather symptom. LTs are consided to be the most important mediator of inflammation. The function of CysLTs is diversify and extensive in the mechanism of asthma, which has been verified by American and Japanese laboratory. CysLTs-receptor antagomists has been treat asthma in clinical, which decreased the pathophysiology effect of CysLTs effective and compition, controlling the occur and development and easing the clinical symptom of asthma. CysLTs are considered to be the most import because they participate in both the brochoconstriction and imflammatory components of asthma, slow-reacting subtamces of anaphylaxis, are lipid mediators. Recently, It has became a hot spot to study on association of MPP of CK and apply CK on MPP theraphy. In order to invesgate the association of CysLTs levels and lung function change with MPP in children, serum LTD4 and urine LTE4 were measured with case-control ELISA method in 67 children with MPP by clinical diagnosis, 36 brochopneumonia (no affected by MP) children and 30 healthy children. And examined the lung function of 41 children (over 8 years old) in actute and remission of MPP. The determination results of serum LTD4 level of MPP patients and controls showed that acute group was higher than remission (t=5.15, p<0.01), and higher than controls (t=18.29, p<0.01); (t=5.15, p<0.01). The LTD4 level of case contrapose is higher than healthy control (t=4.02, p<0.01). There was significance between the three groups. The determination results of urine LTE4 level of MPP patients and controls showed that acute group was higher than remission (t=5.37, p<0.01), and higher than controls(t=9.23, p<0.01); (t=14.29, p<0.01). The LTE4 level of case contrapose is higher than healthy control (t=4.8, p<0.01). There was significance between the three groups. These results suggest that LycLTs participate in the onset of the disease. LysLTs played important role in patients with MP infection. The changes of lung function were significance between the...
