Objective: To probe the effects of Congenital Cystic Lung Diseases on children's lung function and to guide clinical surgical treatment. Methods: From January 2014 to September 2018,49 patients with Congenital Cystic Lung Diseases diagnosed and operated in our hospital underwent lung function evaluation and measure before operation.Among them,23 patients were <42 months old,and lung function was measured by tidal breathing method,26 patients were ? 42 months old,and lung function was measured by Conventional ventilation method. Results: 1.18(36.8%)patients with bronchogenic cysts(BC),among them 5 patients of <42 months old group had abnormal TPTEF/TE,VPEF/VE,PF/V25 and TI/TE,suggesting the presence of small airway moderate obstruction and large airway Mild obstruction;13 patients of ?42months old group had abnormal FVC,FEV1,FEF75 and MMEF,suggesting mild mixed ventilatory dysfunction;2.15(30.6%)patients with congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation(CCAM),among them 8patients of <42 months old group had abnormal abnormal TPTEF/TE,PF/V25 and TI/TE,suggesting mild obstruction of large and small airways;7 patients of ? 42 months old group had normal lung function;3.10(20.4%)patients with Pulmonary Sequestration(PS),among them 7patients of <42 months old group had abnormal TEF50/TIF50 and TI/TE,suggesting mild obstruction of large airway;3 patients of ?42 months old group had normal lung function;4.6(12.2%)patients with congenital lobar emphysema(CLE),among them 3 patients of <42 months old group had abnormal TPTEF/TE,VPEF/VE,PF/V25,TEF50/TIF50 and TI/TE,suggesting the presence of small airway moderate obstruction and large airway Mild obstruction;3 patients of ?42 months old group had normal lung function. In clinical manifestations, there were 11(47.7%)patients with a history of pulmonary infection in <42 month old group, and 20(76.9%)patients in ?42 month old group. Conclusion: Children with Congenital Cystic Lung Diseases have caused lung function damage in children with different degrees of large and small airway ventilatory dysfunction. The degree of lung function damage is more obvious in younger age groups, and older children are more likely to have repeated lung infections.Early surgery is a preferred treatment option.
