Abstract We study the effect of the time when fresh whole blood was centrifuged for platelet concentrates on platelet count and the expression level of CD62p, find when whole blood was stored longer, there was no difference in PLT, but the expression level of CD62p increased. We study the in vitro factional activity of platelets following cryopreservation with 2%DMS0, 6%DMS0, TS and 2%DMS0 plus various doses of second-messenger effectors(thrombosol, TS) as cryoprotective agents at -80℃ after storage different times, find the in vitro functional activity of platelets cryopreserved with TS as cryopreserving solution for one week was greatly improved compared with that of platelets cryopreserved with 6%DMSO; the in vitro functional activity of platelets cryopreserved with 2%DMSO plus amiloride and SNP (at 1/2 the dose included in TS) as cryopreserving solution was equivalent to that of platelets cryopreserved with TS.
