Clinical Significance Of Platelet Activation Marker CD_62p And CD₆₃ Variation In Kawasaki Disease

Objective To investigate the relation between the positive express rates of CD_62p, CD₆₃ and blood platelet count in diagnosis, treatment effects judgment and coronary complication in Kawasaki disease.Methods The subjects for study were divided into three groups. Group one: 29 Kawasaki disease patients before treatment(21 cases with coronary artery abnormalities and 8 cases without); group two: 12 Kawasaki disease patients after aspirin and large dose of IVIG treatment; group three: 15 healthy children as controls. The positive expression rates of CD_62p and CD₆₃ in KD patients and normal controls were measured by fluorescent-labeled monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry; blood platelet count was determined by using the blood assay apparatus of model Sysmex-F-800 in KD patients and healthy children; cardiovascular parameter and the diameter of the coronary arterial were measured by the Echocardiography in KD patients. The data of 29 Kawasaki disease patients before treatment and 12 KD patients after treatment as well as 15 normal children were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 statistic software. Data are expressed as the mean±standard deviation(x ±s). X²-test was used to compare enumeration count data. In the absence of heterogeneity of variance, Student's t test was used to compared measurement data. Rank test was used if the heterogeneity of variance presented.
