ObjectiveEvaluate the effect of ZiYin Lupus Capsule treating SLE patients of Yin Deficiency Inner Heat and influences made in removing of Cortex hormone, discuss and make a more reasonable individual scheme of hormone removing.MethodsChoose 36 cases according with the diagnostic standard of SLE (which was revised by American Rheumatism Association in 1997), disease activity index for SLE (SLEDAI index) belonging to mild or middle or stabile type and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical to Yin Deficiency Inner Heat (1993 Chinese Health Ministry " clinical research guideline of traditional Chinese medicine and new medicine " ).They were divided into Treatment Group and Control Group at random, the former were treated with ZIYIN Lupus Capsule and glucocorticoid, and the latter were treated with placebo and glucocorticoid. The course of treatment is 3 months. The whole search is to observe clinic effect, and influences in SLEDAI index, Chinese medicine sign, dosage of glucocorticoid consumption and decrement, level of T lymphocyte inferior group and sICAM-1 in serum , and et al. During the treatment period, write down once every 2 weeks.
