Objective: To investigate the internal ralationship between traditional Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification changeableness of syndrome in Thoracic obstruction guided by Zhong Jing' s theory insufficiency of yang and engogenous excess of yin pathogens in Thoracic obstruction And TCM differentiation in CHD with changing of Blood Plasma Angiotonin II and blood serum Nitriogen Monoxidum in order to provide objective material for research. Subjects and Methods: According to Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome standard published by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 28th June 1994.224 Coronary heart disease(CHD) patients (male 159,female 65)were divided into tree groups : group insufficiency of yang and group engogenous excess of yin pathogens, group insufficiency of yang and engogenous excess of yin pathogens .The average age of patients is 67.93 ± 10.74 .To select 36 healthy popeles (male24, femalel2) as group control. The level of Nitric Oxide(NO) and Angiotensinll(ANGII) were measured in plasma. The radio-immunity method is used to assay content of ANGII in blood plasma, The assay of NO use colorimetric method . Result:①research objects' general state of health has not statistically significant, ②deficiency of both vital energy and yin symptom-complex, deficiency of heart andkidney-YIN happen frequency in group insufficiency of yang; deficiency of vital energy and syndrome of blood stasis happen frequency in group group insufficiency of yang and engogenous excess of yin pathogens; stagnation of phlegm heart meridian has more incidence rate while YIN-cold sluggish has less incidence rate in group engogenous excess of yin pathogens. ③The level of NO in three groups which are insufficiency of yang, group engogenous excess of yin pathogens, group insufficiency of yang and engogenous excess of yin pathogens is significantly low than that of control (P<0. 05), while The level of ANII in tree groups is significantly high than that of controls (P< 0.05 ) The changed tendency of ANGII : group engogenous excess of yin pathogens> group insufficiency of yang and engogenous excess of yin pathogens > insufficiency of yang>group control, The change trend of NO: insufficiency of yang
