BackgroundCoronary heart disease is a common disease, its incidence and mortality rates are high.Since 1977 the world's first case of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty has been successfully implemented, interventional treatment of coronary heart disease has become increasingly popular, but the restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention has been plaguing medical workers:Different methods of intervention, the incidence of restenosis vary considerably, so how to intervene so as to reduce the incidence of restenosis has become the field of cardiovascular disease on a hot one.Much researchs had proclaimed that Chinese medicine intervention in the prevention and treatment of restenosis after percutaneous coronary intervention have a certain effect.Professor De-xin Yan,who is a renowned doctor nationally, considers that yang deficiency and blood stagnation are the key cause of restenosis:accordingly, its therapy should be yang warming and blood-flow stimulation.ObjectiveTo study the method of yang warming and blood-flow stimulation in intervention of patients with coronary intervention, and to provide a practical and valuable approach for clinical use, reduce the incidence of restenosis:Further more, the effect and safety of Yang-Warming and Blood-flow Stimulating recipe are to be evaluated as well as to investigate its mechanism of action.MethodsA total of 40 qualified patients were divided into treatment and controlled groups using a table of randomized numbers. The treatment group was prescribed mainstream therapy and Yang-Warming and Blood-flow Stimulating recipe, while the controlled group was simply given the former. The groups underwent 12 weeks of treatment.During the course of treatment,we observed angina integral, thoracic obstruction integral,blood-stasis syndrome integral, lipids, myocardial injury markers and ejection fraction.Wo also observed Cardiovascular events and the incident of end, routine monitoring indicators of adverse reactions at the same time.Results1.Comparing the two groups, there was no significant difference in general situation, angina integral, thoracic obstruction integral: blood-stasis syndrome integral(P>0.05).2.From the treatment after 2 W,the treatment group can significantly alleviate symptoms of angina:From the treatment after 1 W,the group can obviously improve blood stasis; After treatment at 1 W,the thoracic obstruction symptom improvement of the two groups have differences(P<0.05);but after treatment to 3 W,the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).3.The treatment group on the effect of angina, thoracic obstruction, blood-stasis syndrome are better than the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05);In which, the effect of the angina, blood-stasis syndrome is especially obvious(P<0.01).4.There was no significant difference in lipids, myocardial injury markers(CK-MB and troponin)and ejection fraction after treatment (P>0.05).5.There was remarkable difference in the recurrence of angina(P<0.05);There was no remarkable difference in the peripheral vascular disease rate(P>0.05);There were no recurrence of a myocardial infarction, sudden cardiac death, revascularization, ischemic stroke and other cardiovascular events and the incident of the end.6.No obvious or serious side effects were observed in the test drug. Conclusion1.Yang-Warming and Blood-flow Stimulating recipe can obviously improve angina, thoracic obstruction and blood-stasis syndrome of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention.2.Yang-Warming and Blood-flow Stimulating recipe can reduce can reduce the recurrence rate of angina.3.Yang-Warming and Blood-flow Stimulating recipe is safety and tolerability, and should be further research and development.
