Analyzation For 101 Severe Head Injuryed Patients Management

Objective:To summarize the therapeatic experice of the severe head injury.Methods:110 severe head injuryed patients with a score of 3-8 on GCS who addmitted to our department from 1999 to 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:62 cases (62%) survived in with 34 cases (34%) had good recovery,18 cases (18%) moderatee disability ,5 cases(5%) with severe deficits,and with10 cases (10%) persistent coma.The other 38cases (38%) dead after therapy.Conclusion: These treatments which early consciousness strictly observed, early evacuation intracranial hematoma and/or decompressive cranietomies and/or clean skull fracture fragment,intensive nutritional supportting therapy,keeping stable internal environment,actively precausion and treatment complication,concomitant injury,and actively recovery therapy ,are a key means of promoting ASHI clinicl heal rate and decreaseing complication and mortality rate.
