Objective: Patients with severe craniocerebral injury by MRI and MRS examination, the relationship between the inspection results and the prognosis of patients with statistical analysis,to explore the MRI and MRS to judge the prognosis of acute severe craniocerebral injury clinical significance. Methods: 27 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were selected from January 2010 to May 2014 in our hospital CT examination and comprehensive treatment,Admitted to hospital within 7 d for head MRI and MRS examination.Using an MRI scanner and superconducting MRI scans for T1,T2,Flair sequences,Select the appropriate target for MRS examination, clear the location and nature of the craniocerebral injury and observe the head CT and MRI + MRS on diffuse axonal injury detection, the relationship with the prognosis of MRS detection is analyzed. Results: In the severe craniocerebral injury include detection rate of diffuse axonal injury and brain stem injury, head MRI + MRS detection rate is significantly higher than the head CT examination(P < 0.05);Prognostic score after 6 months,GOS 4~ 5 patients with NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho,Cho/Cr ratio with 1 to 3 points in patients with significant difference(P < 0.05);Barthal score > 60 patients with NAA/Cr,NAA/Cho,Cho/Cr ratio contrast with Barthal score 60~41 and score?40 patients, has a significant difference(P < 0.05);The location of the severe craniocerebral injury with difference, its prognosis has significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: MRI + MRS examination in patients with early stage can improve the detection rate of severe head injury lesions,Patients with early stage MRI and MRS examination is helpful to evaluate prognosis.
