| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating stable fracture of hand with small splinting and explore its mechanism primarily. Method: All 66 cases were collected from clinic, and were randomly divided into testing(39 cases) and controlling(27 cases) group. Small splinting were used in the testing group, and the controlling grouping were treated with internal fixation of Kirschner nails. The difference on marker of time of bone cicatrizing, complexion of bone cicatrizing,rate of bone delayed cicatrizing and infection between the two groups were observed. Result:The treatment with small splinting not only could shorten time of bone cicatrizing ,resume the faction of arthrosis ,decease incidence of delayed cicatrizing, but also could decrease incidence of infection. Conclusion: Small splinting is a simple convenient, and effective method to treat stable fracture of hand.
