Symptoms Study On Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To summarize the syndrome and symptoms distribution regularity and to explore the major cause, pathogenesis of PCOS patients. Methods The 131 patients were statistical divided by clinical syndrame and were concluded according to country standard in order to observe the syndrome and symptoms regularity. Results By the statistical analyzing of patients' syndrome, we concluded that the percent of kidney system was 68.0 %, liver system was 19.8 %, spleen system was 6.1 % and blood stasis was 6.1 %. Conclusion The TCM cause, pathogenesis of PCOS is that the dysfunction of the kidney, liver and spleen serves as the primary factor, blood stasis and sputum dampness serves as the secondary factor. Among above factors the deficiency of the kidney-yang is the most importance.
