| This study is used Fumailing grainule to treat Qi-stagnation inducted blood-stasis angina pectoris of cornary heart disease(CHD).CHD and angina qectories belong to chest bi-syndrom of TCM.60 patients treated with Fumailing grainule were taken as curative group,another 36 cases treated with Fufangdanshen drop pill were taken as conteol group.The result showed that the total effective rate of the relirf of pain was 90.00%.There was a significant difference between curative group and control group (P < 0.05 ) .The total effective rate of ameliorating symptom of the curative group was obviously superior to that of the control group.Besides,the curative group had remarkable effect upon inpoving ECG ,but it was not superior to the control group(P > 0.05 ).The animal experimental study showed Fumailing grainule improved blood of ischemic myocardium,increased hypoxia tolerant,raised NO in rat serum,lessened ET,inprove endothelium function. Fumailing grainule also could decrease the blood lipid and prevent coronary atherosclerosis.The study indicated that Fumailing grainule had better effect in the prevention and treatmint of Qi-stagnation inducted blood-stasis angina pectoris of CHD.It didn't show any side effect. So Fumailing grainule is an effective new and safe oral drug in preventing and treating Qi-stagnation inducted blood-stasis angina pectoris of CHD.
