Clinical Observation On Xuefu Zhuyu Recipe In Treating Pectoris Chronic Angina With Anxiety State Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Purposes: To observe the effect of Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Recipe on TCM syndromes,angina pectoris symptoms,nitroglycerin use and anxiety status scores of patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type(stable angina pectoris,SAP)combined with anxiety state,and explore the effects of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction The safety and efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris combined with anxiety.Methods: A collection of 72 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the First Ward and Cardiovascular Department of the Department of Geriatrics with Qi stagnation and blood stasis SAP combined with anxiety state were collected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with SAP conventional medications and psychological counseling,and the treatment group was based on the control group plus taking Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Observe and count the TCM syndromes,angina pectoris symptoms,nitroglycerin usage,ECG changes,Hamilton’s anxiety scale(HAMA)scores,and changes in related safety indicators before and after treatment.Results: A total of 61 completed cases,31 in the treatment group,and 30 in the control group.(1)The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of improving the scores of chest tightness and pain,irritability,hypochondriac pain,and epigastric belching,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The treatment group was better than the control group in terms of reducing the pain degree,number of attacks,duration and nitroglycerin dosage of patients with angina pectoris,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In terms of the efficacy of angina pectoris,the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.87%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.The effective rate of the treatment group was slightly better than that of the control group,indicating that both groups were effective in improving the symptoms of angina pectoris.(4)In terms of nitroglycerin stopping rate,the effective rate was 83.87% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Compared in terms of ECG curative effect,the effective rate of the treatment group was 80.65%,and the effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.The effective rate of the treatment group was slightly better than that of the control group,indicating that both groups were effective in improving the patient’s ECG curative effect.(6)In terms of HAMA scale scores,P<0.05 before and after treatment in the treatment group,indicating that the difference in the treatment group before and after treatment is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group can improve the anxiety state of patients.P>0.05 before and after treatment in the control group,indicating that the difference between before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant.In terms of safety indicators,the vital signs of the two groups of subjects before and after treatment were stable,and the liver and kidney functions and blood routine were within the normal range.Conclusion:1.Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Recipe can improve the symptoms of chest tightness,irritability,swelling,swelling and belching in patients with stable angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and anxiety.2.Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Recipe can reduce the pain degree and frequency of angina pectoris in patients with stable angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and anxiety,shorten the duration of angina pectoris and reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin.3.Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Recipe can reduce the HAMA scale scores of patients with stable angina pectoris of Qi stagnation and blood stasis and anxiety,and improve the anxiety of patients.4.Jiawei Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has no obvious adverse reactions,and its safety is good.
