The Relative Analysis Of Troponin T, Coronary Arterography, Acute Coronary Syndrome Andits Classification In Chinese Medicine

[ObjectJThrough researching the relativity of ACS, TnT and Chinese medicine classification about ACS , We can currate quality, quantity and location of Chinese medicine classification [Method]In this thesis, there are 126 cases of ACS.After collecting the results of CAG, TnT and Chinese medicine classification from every patient, then analyze the relativity of above elements by the way of statistics to explore the objective signs of Chinese medicine.[Results] In the normal coronary group, the occurring rate of TnT ( -) is higher than TnT ( + ), while the rate of blood group is lower than deficiency of vital energy group.In severe stenosis group , blood group is more than deficiency group; TnT (- ) group is less than TnT ( + ) group ( p<0.05 ) .But in TnT ( -) group , deficiency group occupy inultivity in TnT (+) group, the diverse results occur .[Conclution]There are objective substances in Chinese medcine about ACS, TnT and CAG may provide objective signs.
