| Objective:Based on the relations between serum cystatin C(CysC)levels in patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS)who have different Gensini scores,I study the correlation between the level of serum cystatin C and the severity of the disease in patients with acute coronary syndromes. And investigate the correlation between Cys C and troponin I(nTnI)in patients with acute myocradial infraction.Methods:107 hospitalized ACS patients with an average age of 62.6±12.35,including 73 cases of male and 34 cases of female, were selected as study group from Dec.2016 to Dec.2017 in First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University.Moreover,30 patients with normal coronary angiography were selected with an average age of 61.9±11.43,including 19 cases of male and 11 cases of female as the control group. The basic information of all selected patients, such as Hasting blood glucose,Systolic blood pressure,Diastolic blood pressure,Total Cholesterol(TC),High-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),Serum creatinine(Cr)are recorded. The level of Cystatin C is tested by using turbidimetril immunoassay. The level of CardiacTroponin-I is tested in chemiluminescence method. In the study group, patients were divided into high-risk group(≥80 points),middle-risk group(50-80 points)and low-risk group(≤50 points)according to Gensini score.Cys C were used to analyze the relationship between Cys C and the severity of the coronary artery disease. The level of cystatin C and troponin I in patients with acute myocardial infarction(includingST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction)were measured and compared with those in the control group,to analyze the correlation between those 2 indicators.Pearson correlation analysis was used to detect the correlation between CysC and cTnI,P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results:Comparing the Gensini score and CysC levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome, the high-risk group(1.04 ± 0.28 mg / L)and middle-risk group(1.01 ± 0.25 mg / L)was significantly higher than that in the low-risk group(0.90 ± 0.22 mg / L),and the level of CysC was correlated with Gensini score(P <0.05).Levels of Cys C(1.03±0.26mg/L)and troponin I(0.13 ± 0.07 ng / mL)in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction is relevant(r = 0.432,P <0.05).Conclusion:The level of CysC correlates with the severity of coronary lesions in patients with ACS,suggesting that it may be of value in monitoring and predicting.Furthermore,it is significant and meaningful to use both Cys C and cTnI level to judge and evaluate the severity of ACS,it has a certain clinical significance. |
