OBJECTIVE:The aim of the study was to collect the ralated data of patients with acute coronary syndrome, then explore the regularity of TCM syndrome classification and differentiation of acute coronary syndrome by using statistical data analysis.METHOD:Make out a chart of data acquisition according the onset regularity and clinical feature, including basic data, course of disease, clinical symdroms, basic symptoms of TCM,diagnosis, and syndrome-classification,put the medical case data which are accordant into the computer, then analyze the data by using SPSS 17.0.At last we can make a conclusion of the regularity of TCM syndrome classification and differentiation of acute coronary syndrome.RESULTS:This research makes a result of the regularity of TCM syndrome classification and differentiation of acute coronary syndrome by retrospective data analysis which are based on 414 medical cases of The First Clinical affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou TCM university during January 2005 to April 2009.The result is as follows:â‘ the whole distribution:single and combinative blood-stasis cases forms about 93.1%,the phlegm and blood stagnation is 47%; qi-yin-asthenia and blood-stasis is 15.2%;qi-dificiency and blood-stasis is 11.6%;qi depression to blood stasis is 7.2%;hot toxin and Qi blood stasis is 6.8%;yang deficiency and blood stasis is 4.8%;the oter syndrome' s percentage are small.â‘¡excess-deficiency distribution:the excessive syndrome forms about 63.7%,the intermingled asthenia and sthenia syndrome is 31.6%,the deficiency syndrome is 4.7%.the phlegm and blood stagnation is the main part of the excessive syndrome about 74%,the next are qi depression to blood stasis and hot toxin and Qi blood stasis. The single syndrome including turbid-phlegm symptom and blood-stasis symptom are little proportion, separately are 3%andl%.the qi-yin-asthenia and blood-stasis is the main part of the intermingled asthenia and sthenia syndrome about 48%,secondly is qi-dificiency and blood-stasis about 37%,then is yang deficiency and blood stasis symptom about 15%.â‘¢correlative factor analysis:According to the analysis based on western medical classification, the proportion of qi-dificiency and blood-stasis is larger in the group of UA than in the group of NSTEMI and STEMI.The male are easier to suffer UA and STEMI.The result of analysis according to sex and age shows that the hot toxin and Qi blood stasis symptom and the phlegm and blood stagnation symptom in male patients are more than the female. The qi-yin-asthenia and blood-stasis and yang deficiency and blood stasis symptom in groupâ… (male≥55,female≥65) are more than groupâ…¡(male<55,female<65).qi-dificiency and blood-stasis symptom, qi depression to blood stasis and the phlegm and blood stagnation are more in the groupâ…¡than in the groupâ… .The analysis result according metabolic factor shows that the phlegm and blood stagnation are more in the group of hypertension than not-hypertension,the hot toxin and Qi blood stasis symptom are more in the group of hyperlipemia than in the not-hyperlipemia,the qi-yin-asthenia and blood-stasis symptom are more in the group of diabetes than in the not-diabetes.The hot toxin and Qi blood stasis symptom are more in the group of not-using PCI than in the using PCI.The patients of GuangDong suffer the hot toxin and Qi blood stasis symptom and the phlegm and blood stagnation symptom easier than the not-GuangDong group.CONCLUSIONS:It's more often to see excessive syndrome when the chest pain is heavier and the patient's condition is worse clinically. The intermingled asthenia and sthenia syndrome is easier to see when the patient's condition is better. We should relieve the secondary in an urgent case, remove the primary in a chronic case.According to the result,we should activate blood and dissolve stasis as the basic treating method, increase removing heat-phlegm in male patients, supplementing qi and nourishing yin in the aged, resolving the phlegm in combining hypertension patients, supplementing qi and nourishing yin in combining diabetes patients, removing heat-phlegm in Guangdong patients...
