Observation Of Experimental And Clinical Efficacy On Treating The Hypertension Caused By Hyperactivity Of Liver-Yang By The Method Of Blood Letting In Ear Apex

Objective To observe the experimental and clincal efficacy of treating the hypertension caused by hyperactivity of Liver-Yang by the method of blood letting in ear apex.Methods Divide into two parts: produce the rat models of hypertension caused by hyperactivity of Liver-Yang using the method of washing Fuzi decoction in SHR. Divide the rats into five groups, SHR group(vacuity contrast group), group of having the disease of hyperactivity of Liver-Yang(model contrast group), group of treating by blood letting in ear apex, group of treating by Amlodipine and the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and combined with using Amlodipine. Observe the changes of common conditions(including the external appearance and temperament), pain threshold, drinking dose and blood pressure on rat models using the method of blood letting in ear apex. 90 cases of hypertension caused by hyperactivity of Liver-Yang were randomly divided into 3 groups, group of treating by blood letting in ear apex, group of treating by Amlodipine and the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and combined with using Amlodipine. Assessment of clinical effects of symptoms of hyperactivity of Liver-Yang and the changes of blood pressure were done before and after treatment. Observe and summurize the clinical curative effect of blood letting in ear apex to the hypertension of hyperacitivity of Liver-Yang, the purpose is to popularize a kind of simple, safe and effective Traditionly Chinese Medicine therapy to the disease.Results Experimental study indicates that the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex, group of treating by Amlodipine and the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and combined with using Amlodipine all can relieve the commom conditions of rat models(including the external appearance and temperament),raise pain threshold and reduce drinking dose, the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and combined with using Amlodipine are better. Three groups all can lower blood pressure,the best is the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and combined with using Amlodipine. Clincal study indicates that three groups all can ameliorate major symptoms of cases of hypertension caused by hyperactivity of Liver-Yang, the efficacy is better in groups having the therapy of treating by blood letting in ear apex. Three groups all can lower blood pressure, the group of treating by blood letting in ear apex and combined with using Amlodipine'decompression effect is the best.Conclusion The treatment of blood letting in ear apex can markedly ameliorate the symptoms of hypertension caused by hyperactivity of Liver-Yang in rat models or patients. The treatment of blood letting in ear apex combined with using Amlodipine has the result much better than the treatment of only using the method of blood letting in ear apex or only using Amlodipine.
