| Objective: To compare the efficacy difference of the blood-letting therapy of the big-circle method with the general acupucture method in angioneurotic headache of hyperactivity of liver-Yang and to confirm the practicability of acupucture blood-letting therapy of the big-circle method.Method: We collected 60 patients diagnosed as angioneurotic headache of syndrome hyperactivity of liver-Yang in the department of acupucture of the second hospital of Dalian medical univercity from November 2014 to December 2016,randomly divided into three groups,20 patients for each group.Group A was treated by general acupucture method;group B was the acupucture blood-letting therapy by the big-circle method and general acupucture method;group C used the acupucture blood-letting therapy for Ashi points and general acupucture method.Group A was treated by general acupucture method,for which we recruited 20 patients and removed 1 patient totally 19 patients;group B was the acupucture blood-letting therapy by the big-circle method and general acupucture method,for which we recruited 20 patients and removed 3 patients totally 17 patients;group C used the acupucture blood-letting therapy for Ashi points and general acupucture method,for which we recruited 20 patients and removed 4 patients totally 16 patients.In general acupucture group,we applied mild reinforcing-reducing twisting technique in head points as Baihui,Sishencong,Taiyang,Jiaosun,Fengchi as a uniform reinforcing-reducing twisting technique.And we applied twirling,lifting and thrusting technique in distal acupoints as Taichong,Zulinqi,Xingjian,and Taixi with a uniform reinforcing-reducing twisting technique.The way which chose the acupoints of group B(the acupucture blood-letting therapy by the big-circle method)?C(the acupucture blood-letting therapy for Ashi points and general acupucture method)was the same group A(general acupucture method),group B(the acupucture blood-letting therapy by the big-circle method)applied twelve Jing acupoints,according to the order of big-circle and let the blood out;group C(the acupucture blood-letting therapy for Ashi points and general acupucture method)were used acupoints of head and let out the blood,3-5drops for each acupoint,when the treatment was over,push the hole around 3-5min,until the blood did not flow out.We scored the headache degree by Visual Analogue Scale,including headache degree of before and after treatment,and recorded pain degree,headache frequencies,duration of headache,accomanying symptoms and TCM symptoms.Furthermore,we caculated the efficacy index and evalulated efficacy for each group.And the data was analysed by software SPSS20.0,and with mean ± standard deviation to express the measurement data.Numeration data were used with x2test;using measures data analysis of variance to compare the pretherapy measurement data of three groups,LSD-t test pairwise comparisons;the difference variables of Pretherapy and post-treatment in each group analysis by paired t test;using non parametric rank sum test to Compare with the curative effect of three groups;P <0.05 was considered statistically significant evaluation of the parameter changes,appraise the value of each parameter.Results: According to the records of the pain degree,headache frequencies,duration of headache,accomanying symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,we concluded that treatement of all three groups were effective.And we found that the efficacy of group B was better than the other two groups(p<0.05);the efficacy of group C was better than group A(p<0.05).And the effective rate of group B in total was 88.2%,and that of group C was 75.0% and 68.4 % of group A.Comparing the total effective rate of symptom in traditional Chinese medicine between three groups,the total effective rate of group B was 94.1%.group C was 87.5%,and 84.2 of group A,which suggested that group B was better than group C and group A(p<0.05).The improvement of pain degree,headache frequencies,duration of headache,accomanying symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms after treatment of group B were better than those of group A and group C(p<0.05).Conclusion:1?The efficacy of Acupucture blood-letting therapy By The Big-Circle in angioneurotic headache of hyperactivity of liver-Yang was significant superior than the other two groups.This method noticeably reduced the pain degree and duration of headache of patients.2 ?
