For tackling the change of the complicated external environment condition and the fierce medical market competition after China entering the WTO, this article aims at providing a kind of effective strategic management method for our profitable medical organizations, which are in inferior position in medical market. The research approach in the article is to regard strategy management theory as guidelines, put knowledge management into practice, on the basis of carrying on outside environmental analysis and inside condition analyze in the hospital, make the key business of the hospital clear, regard knowledge management as the core, pay attention to the creation of knowledge, cultivate one's own key competition advantage on the basis of knowledge innovation. The main point of outside environment analysis lies in the analysis of medical industry, in the guide of five-forces model which is put forward by Michael . E . Porter, analyze the current competition situation of the present medical industry and the reason for the condition . Inside analysis places emphasis on the creation of knowledge. On the basis of inside and outside analysis, make one's own core business clear. Shape organization strategy and resource strategy in hospital to support knowledge strategy, structure one's own core competition advantage. Organization strategy includes setting up the medical group taking core medical business, and complements it with the incentive system and hospital culture. Resource strategy includes building the hospital information system, strengthen knowledge marketing management, support the construction of knowledge strategy as the core from financial affairs.
