Type A Behavior To Blood With Psoriasis Vulgaris And The Effects Of Heat Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To observe the patients with psoriasis vulgaris patterns of behavior and therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine,to study the efficacy of behavior model of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis.Methods: Behavior questionnaire,since the quasi PASI score watch list with psoriasis vulgaris,197 cases of patients aged 18-65,in line with the diagnostic standard,TCM syndrome type with psoriasis vulgaris patients before and after treatment of blood heat syndrome diagnosed by questionnaire survey and the PASI score,and treated with oral gentian liver tonga subtraction.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis of patients with psoriasis vulgaris behavior pattern types and the correlation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: The main risk factors with psoriasis vulgaris,gender has nothing to do with between behavior patterns,uneven distribution of three kinds of behavior patterns,the distribution of type A behavior pattern.After treatment in patients with various behavior patterns PASI score average decline rate distribution,type A behavior pattern PASI score average decline rate after treatment was 25.1±10.1(%),M type behavior pattern average decline rate after treatment was 52.8 ±10.7(%),type B behavior patternaverage decline rate after treatment was 50.7±13.8(%),type A and type B,type A and M type PASI score average decline rate after treatment with statistical significance,type B and M type PASI score average decline rate after treatment with no statistical significance.Conclusion: Behavior pattern and the Chinese medicine treatment the curative effect of blood heat syndrome with psoriasis vulgaris,correlation between type A personality influence patients effect,has lower therapeutic effects on the treatment and prognosis in patients with,extend the influence of the course of the disease.
