The Study On The Expression Of Gene Survivin,VEGF,MVD In Endometriosis And Adenomyosis

Objective To detect the expression of Survivin and its relationship with the proteins of VEGF and MVD in angiogenesis of endometriosis and adenomyosis.Methods A total of 256 tissues samples were used in this study, including 69 samples of ectopic endometrium and 53 samples of eutopic endometriums of patients with endometriosis,and 56 samples of ectopic and eutopic endometriums of patients with adenomyosis, and 22 samples of normal endometrium tissues. Using streptavidin - biotin peroxidase (SP) method of the immunohistochemistry, We examined the expression of the proteins Survivin, VEGF and MVD in these tissues. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS11.0 statistics software.Result1.(1)Survivin were detected in 0/22 normal endometriums, 6/53(11.3%) eutopic endometriums and 30/69(43.5%) ectopic endometrium tissues of endometriosis, the expression of Survivin in three group above has significant diffrence (P< 0.001) . (2) Survivin were detected in 0/22 normal endometriums, 8/56(14.3%) eutopic endometriums and 25/56(44.6%) adenomyosis tissues, the expression of Survivin in three group above has significant diffrence (P< 0.001) .2. (1) VEGF were detected in 10/22(45. 5%) normal endometriums, 28/53(52. 8%) eutopic endometriums and 51/69(73.9%) ectopic endometrium tissues of endometriosis, the expression of VEGF in three group above has significant diffrence (P=0.01367 ).(2) VEGF were detected in 10/22(45.5%) normal endometriums,31/56(55.4%) eutopic endometriums and 42/56(75.0%)adenomyosis tissues, the expression of VEGF in three group above has significant diffrence (P<0.05) .3. (1) The expression of MVD in normal endometriums , eutopic endometriums and ectopic endometrium tissues of endometriosis is 14.227 +1.648. 14.900 + 0.8628, 15.580 + 0.951 , the expression of MVD in three group above has significant diffrence(P=0. 0373) . (2) The expression of MVD in normal endometriums, eutopic endometriums and adenomyosis tissues is 14. 227 + 1. 648,14.812 + 0. 685,15. 642 + 0. 775 , the expression of MVD in three group above has significant diffrence (P=0.0214) .4. Survivin was strongly associated with the expression of VEGF and MVD (P<0.05) .5. The expression of Survivin, VEGF, MVD was related to the activity of endometriotic tissues (P<0.05) .6.There was no obvious correlation between the stage of endometriosis and their expression level(P>0. 05).Conclusions 1. Survivin gene may play important roles in the development of endometriosis and adenomyosis.2.The protein of Survivin has relative associated with the expression of the protein of VEGF and MVD in endometriosis and adenomyosis tissues.3. Survivin , VEGF and MVD may stimulate together angiogenesis of endometriosis and adenomyosis.
