The expression of survivin in ectopic endometrial tissue of endometriosis was significantly higher than that of adenoyosis ectopic endometrial tissue, and normal endometrium(P<0.05), The expression of survivin in ectopic endometrial tissue had no significant difference between proliferative phase and secretory phase(P>0.05). The expression of survivin in ectopic adenoyosis tissue had no significant difference between proliferative phase and secretory phase(P>0.05). The expression of survivin in ectopic endometrial tissue was significantly higher than that of ectopic endometrial tissue, and normal endometrium tissue (P<0.05).The expression of ki-67 :The expression of ki-67 in endometriosis had no significant difference between the proliferative phase and secretory phase(P>0.05). The expression of ki-67 in ectopic endometrial tissue of endometriosis was significantly higher than that of adenoyosis ectopic endometrial tissue, and normal endometrium(P<0.05), The expression of ki-67 in ectopic endometrial tissue had no significant difference between proliferative phase and secretory phase(P>0.05). The expression of ki-67 in ectopic adenoyosis tissue had no significant difference between proliferative phase and secretory phase(P>0.05). The expression of ki-67 in ectopic endometrial tissue was significantly higher than that of ectopic endometrial tissue, and normal endometrium tissue (P< 0.05).The expression of ki-67 in ectopic adenoyosis tissue was significantly higher than that of endometriosis (P<0.05).Conclusion:The overexpression of survivn protein and ki-67 may take part in the formation of endometriosis and adenomyosis and survivin–collected apoptosis and ki-67-collected cell proliferation might play a pathogenic role in the development of and adenomyosis.
