Animal Model Research of Qi and Yin Deficiency in Type 2 Diabetes MellitusObjective: To build the experimental animal model of qi and yin deficiency in type 2 diabetes mellitus, in order to regularize and standardize the TCM animal model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 80 mice were randomly divided into three groups: normal "control group, high fat intake group, STZ group. And STZ group can be divided into diabetes mellitus blank group and qi and yin deficiency group (built by Traditional Chinese herb Qing Pi, Zhi qiao, Fu Zi). Then the model group were treated by Traditional Chinese herb Tang mai kang. Results: (1)The clinical manifestations such as laziness, constipation, big tongue with few fluid> high anal temperature especially in the afternoon are the standard of model success.(2)The laboratory examination as follows:(1) The triglycerides in model group is obviously higher than that in diabetes mellitus blank group(P<0. 05); (2) Thecortisol level in model group is lower than that in diabetes mellitus blank group, there is no obviously differences (P>0. 05). (3) FT3 in model group is obviously lower than that in diabetes mellitus blank group(P<0. 01); ?The insulin level in model group is obviously higher than that in diabetes mellitus blank group(P<0. 01). (5) The thyroxin B2 in model group is obviously higher than that in diabetes mellitus blank group(P<0. 01); 6-keto prostaglandin1a in model group is lower than that in diabetes mellitus blank group (P>0. 05); there is no obviously differences. (3)After the treatment of Tang mai kang, the clinical manifestations decrease. (4)The laboratory examinations: (1)the triglycerides in modification group is obviously lower than that in model group(P<0.05); the cholesterole in modification group is obviously lower than that in model group(P<0.01); (2) The cortisol level in modification group is lower than that in model group, there is no obviously differences (P>0. 05). (3)FT3 in modification group is slightly higher than that in diabetes mellitus blank group, no obviously differences (P> 0. 05) ; (4) The insulin level in modification group is obviously lower than that in model group obviously higher than that in diabetes mellitus blank group(P<0. 05). (5)The thyroxin B2 in modification group is obviouslylower than that in model group(P<0. 05); 6-keto prostaglandim, in modification group is slightly higher than that in model group, no statistical significance. Conclusion: The combination of the traditional diabetes mellitus animal model with TCM herb theory is available. Traditional Chinese herb Qing Pi, Zhi qiao, Fu Zi can build the qi and yin deficiency animal model and Tang mai kang can be used as the modification drug. |
