The Study On The Core Competence Of The Medical Key Disciplines And The Path Of Its Development

Disciplines are the essentially strategic elements of the higher education, scientific research and social services. The level of the construction of disciplines has become the basic sign of measurement for running a college. The reform and construction should obey the core, the construction of disciplines is the eternal theme in college building .The study on the core competence of the medical key disciplines and the path of its development had been carried out in the sequence of time and space, it also brings in the matrix model of strategic capabilities of disciplines had also been brought in and the essential laws of its core elements were studied. It announced that several key elements comprise the core competence of disciplinal in university. The research clings to the elements of the core competence of the medical key disciplines, and the examples of the development of the three key disciplines during the twenty years were used to prove it. The developments were divided into four stages which were studied every five years. They are"the sixth five-year plan","the seventh five-year plan","the eighth five-year plan"and "the ninth five-year plan".
