Effects Of Chinese Herbal Drugs Combination On Aristolochia Manshuriensis Stem's Poison

Through collecting and sorting out a vast amount of ancient and contemporary prescriptions containing Aristolochia manshuriensis Stem (Guanmutong),combined with the traditional Chinese pharmacological basal theory and modern pharmacological results, the experiment selects out Rehmannia Dried Root(Shengdi), Licorice Root(Gancao), Chinese Angelica Root (Danggui) and Rhubarb(Dahuang) to combined with Aristolochia manshuriensis Stem to study the influence of Chinese herbal combination on Aristolochia manshuriensis Stem' s poisonous property. The conclusion shows that after the combination, Aristolochia manshuriensis Stem' s poisonous property on kidney and digestive system are all relieved evidently, which is worthwhile to do further research to find out the mechanism of such four kinds of Chinese herbal drugs as Rehmannia Dried Root and so on to relieve poisonous property of Aristolochic acid.
