Influence Of Chinese Herbal Combination On The Content Of Aristolochic Acid A In Caulis Aristolochiae Manshuriensis

Through study the effects of four Chinese Herbal Drugs, Rehmannia Dried Root(Shengdi) , Licorice Root(Gancao) , Chinese Angelica Root(Danggui) and Rhubarb(Dahuang), combined with caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis on the content of Aristolochic acid A , we searched the method of diminish caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis's poisonous property. The conclusion shows that after the combination, the content of Aristolochic acid A in caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis decreased greatly, which is one of the reason why combination can diminish caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis's poisonous property. It is worthwhile to do further research to find out the exact chemical material and other mechanism.
