The Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating Primary Gout With Tongfengke Chongji

Object: to evaluate the treating mechnism and effect of Tongfengke chongji on primary gout by clinical and experimental study.Method: 90 patients with the type of Damp-heat stagnates were distributed to treating group (30) and control group (60) randomly. To observe the effect of Tongfengke chongji on the symptoms, signs and blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimantation rate(ESR) hemolipids, blood creatinine(Cr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) of patients.At the same time, signs and blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimantation rate , hemolipids, blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen of patients.At the same time, we divided 60 rats into 6 groups on average, in which 4 groups were treated respectively by Tongfengke chongji, Colchicine, Probenecid and Allopurinol, other 2 groups were vacuity group and model group. To observe the swollen ankle joints,hemogram, prostagland ? (PGE2),C-reactive protein(CRP) and the pathological alteration of ankle joints synovialis of groups.20 mice were tested maximume enduredose(MED).Result: Clinical study shows that the total effect rate of Tongfengke chongji is 93.33%, and close to western medicine(P>0.05). Tongfengke chongji can decline markedly blood uric acid, ESR,hemolipids,Cr,BUN (PO.01 ) .It can markedly improve the symptoms and signs of fever,headache,lumbago and yellow urine ( PO.01 ) ,and outgoes western medicine ( PO.01 ) .The experimental study shows that Tongfengke chongji can evidently decrease swollen ankle, blood uric acid, hemolipid, PGE2 (PO.01 ) , And Tongfengke chongji can markedly improve the synovialis inflammation of tested rats'ankle jiont cavity( PO.01). All above effect excel western medicine( P<0.01). But all CRP of tested rats dosen't change.All mice are alive after MED.Conclution: Tongfengke chongji clear away pathonegic heat and dampness, and clear the channels and relieve pain to the type of Damp-heat stagnates. Furthermore,Tongfengke chongji has the effect of antiinflamatory,detumescence,analgeticy,falling hemolipid,improving kidney function, and it's safe and innocuity .
