Studies On Contents And Change Of VOCs Of Community In Nanjing Purple Mountain

Abstract/Summary:
In the paper, we analyzed the composition of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in 4 typical communities in the Nanjing Purple Mountain by using TCT-GC/MS. The relative contents and change of VOCs in 4 communities were measured. We discussed the influence of 3 environmental factors including the illumination, temperature and humidity to the contents of VOCs.The results were as follows:1. The terpenes, alcohols, esters, aldehydes, ketones, alkanes and phenols of 4 typical communities were discovered. The terpenes and the alcohols were the main ingredients in spring and summer, and the average relative contents separately were 28.65%,38.51%; the alkanes was the main ingredients in autumn and winter, and its average relative content accounted for the VOCs total quantity's 51.18%; the relative content of the other VOCs were low.2. The changes of relative contents of the terpenes, the alcohols and the ketones in different seasons were summer> spring> autumn > winter, and the change of relative contents of the alkanes in different seasons was winter > autumn> spring> summer, and the changes of the other VOCs were different in different communities.3. The contents of the terpenes, the alcohols and the ketones increased gradually from May, and the highest contents were finded in July and August, then the contents decreased gradually; the change of the content of the alkanes was opposite with the terpenes, the alcohols and the ketones, its content decreased gradually from May, and the lowest content was finded in July and August, then the content increased gradually, and the highest content was finded in December.
