In the paper,I analyzed the composition of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) with dynamic headspace collection and TCT-GC/MS. The relative contents and change of Five Main Tree Species' VOCs were measured. I discussed the influence of 4 environmental factors including the illumination, temperature, humidity and intercellular CO2 concentration to the contents of VOCs. The results were as follows:1.Quercus aculissima release 30 kinds of volatile organic compounds. It is mainly ketones and vinyl compounds, which account for the VOCs total quantity of 64.73%. It is less affected by environmentalconditions.2. Liquidambar formosana release a total of 43 species of volatile organic compounds, including compounds in vinyl compounds, which account for the VOCs total quantity of 94.19%. Diurnal variation of vinyl compounds first increased and then decreased. The trend of vinyl compounds and the daily temperature were the same. The trend of esters, hydrocarbons and heterocyclic compounds and the diurnal variation of relative humidity were the same. Liquidambar formosana releases mainly vinyl compounds monthly and the average amounted to 87.04%, the highest in August. The release amount of vinyl and aldehydes are summer> autumn> spring.3. Cedrus deodar a can release a total of 35 volatile organic compounds, accounting for the VOCs total quantity of 84.19%. Release of volatile substances content is related to temperature.4. Ligustrum lucidum release 34 volatile organic compounds. Changes in various types of compounds is small and ketones had the highest concentration (31.64%). It is greater impact on the environment humidity.5. Osmanthus fragrans release 73 volatile organic compounds in the flowering stage. There are alcohol compounds, vinyl compounds and ketone compounds accounting for the VOCs total quantity of 90.96%, of which 1/3 of the volatile compounds from the flowers. The alcohol compounds first increased and then decreased in diurnal variation. The general trend of diurnal variation of alcohols and the temperature are the same. The monthly release of non-flowering Osmanthus fragrans is mainly esters and it amounted to 29.41%, the highest in May. The release amount of esters is spring> summer> autumn> winter.
