With beta,S04. for scions and summer Black, Hutaibahao, Xiangyue, Jumeigui, Takatsuma, Moldova, for Parent varieties, in January 2008 in sichuan PiXian county recently grafting, March 2008 to September 2009 respectively Observing and determination with graft survival rate,phenology,a new dynamic growth,Leaf physiological and biochemical material,The fruit quality,The natural feeling ill,Relevant resistance enzyme activity, To compare the two varieties of the scion stock.Research results show:1,Affinity of grafting and phenophase(1) Two facts have shown a high affinity, the scion varieties in 80% rate.For the same scion varieties, the survival difference was not significant.(2) With beta for scions, its budding,early flowering,flowering and berry fruit maturation respectively earlier 5d-7 d,3d-6d,4d-7d,4d-9d than SO4.(3) The new shoots growing trend is the same, With beta for scions, its growth of new shoots is bigger and faster than SO4. and the content of its leaf soluble sugar and the chlorophyll is higher than SO4,but the content of the soluble protein content is lowwer.2,Fruiting habitWith SO4.for scions, the Investigated rate,resutlts coefficientha higher than beta,0.01%-0.1%, fruit maturation respectively earlier 4d-9d.3 Fruit qualityThe Average fruit weight, the average weight of single panicle and total sugar content, Vc content of the same species in combination with rootstock SO4 were significantly higher than the same species in combination with rootstock Beida whose total acid content was higher. There were no differences between ear compactness and fruit powder.4 Natural infection investigation in field and related enzyme activities(1) Natural infection investigation of different combinations in the field showed that disease index of anthracnose and downy mildew of the same species in combination with rootstock SO4 significantly lower 2.3%-3.7% and 0.4%-0.6% than the combination of Beida as rootstock respectively, while disease index of the white rot higher 1.6%-3.4%. (2)Tere is the the same trend of POD activity. POD activity and PPO activity in the the same species in combination with rootstock SO4 were always higher than the same species in combination with rootstock Beida. enzyme activity of The other combination values of the scion continues to rise as a significant growth rate except of Giant Rose/Beida. PAL activity in the same species in combination with rootstock Beida were always higher than the combination with rootstock SO4. SOD activity in the same species in combination with rootstock Beida were higher. Enzyme activities of the other combination values of the scion were tested to the trend of increase except of SOD activity in Giant Rose/SO4 which remained variable. The fastest growth period is from 29th,in July to 5 th,in August,after 5th,in August remained unchanged in the future.
