In order to understand the fruit quality and the balance relationship of plant hormones after plant growth regulators, The material of this study is Six-year-old trees of the Red Globe, There are four different plant growth regulators in this experiment, it including GA3, 6-BA, GA3 +6- BA, ZT. In order to study the dynamic growth of the berries, commodity character and endogenous hormone content of Red Globe grapes,after differert plant growth regulators processed, the following conclusions is this:1.After plant growth regulator processed, the fruit growth and development are promoted, the normal fruit's growth displays the S curve, but the rigid abnormal fruit was flatten out in the entire growth developmental stage, that from fruit growth initial period to fruit mature period, the cell of fruit pulp nearly has not occurred expands, the state was in a rigid and stagnation in growth.2. the participation of GA3 will lead to Red Globe in different size, the rigid abnormal fruit were always green, which seriously affected the quality of the appearance of the fruit; At the same time, the fruit shape was changed, and fruit shape index was bigger than 1, it was showed that the vertical diameter was bigger than the transverse diameter; During the period from 5 days before blossom and 3 days after blossom, 50 mg/kg GA3 increased the gain in yield and enhanced the fruit quality aspect to be remarkable. Compared with 10mg/kg and 20mg/kg 6-BA processed, 30 mg/kg 6-BA processed effect was best, they mainly displayed in the promotion fruit fresh weight, the biggest grain heavy and soluble solid shape. In the improvement of fruit quality aspect, the effect of Zeatin was worst.3. To determine the four endogenous hormones of normal and rigid abnormal fruit, we adopted ELISA as described by He Zhong-Pei, the normal and the control fruit's IAA had a peak value, they appeared 23 d-30 d after blossomed, but the IAA content of rigid abnormal fruits was lower than the normal fruit and the control one in the entire growth process; ZR content was similar with IAA; In the normal fruit, the ABA content had three peak shape changed, they separately appeared in 23 d, 51 d after blossomed and fruit maturation periods, and ABA content in initial period was higher than in the mature fruit; in the initial period, the ABA content of the rigid abnormal fruits displayed low level, then gradually increased, but it was not obvious; The GA3 content of normal fruit assumed the regular tendency after plant growth regulator processed, there were two peak values, expect for Zeatin, the first peak value was smaller than the second, these two peak value has certain influenced for fruit growth.Investigation indicated that the involvement of GA3 could result in rigid abnormal fruits. The causative factors for rigid abnormal fruits in our observation could be listed as follows: one aspect was possible associate with pollination and fertilization; another hand, the IAA, ABA and ZR level content of rigid abnormal fruits were lower than that in control, these hormone all promoted cell division and enlargement, and there hormone kept in a stable and stagnancy state in the whole growth process, which did not acquire the normal fruit growth level, so, the fruit kept in initial state and did not fall. |
