Disease Resistance Induced On Grape And The Disease Control Effect For Postharvest Grape In Storage By BTH Or SA Treatment

The sample is Centennial Seedless in minqin.treatment on grape leaves by 50mg/L,100mg/L BTH and 25mg/L,50mg/L SA.Studied the disease induce on grape, the effect on disease and quality of postharvest grape in storage.The results showed:1. BTH and SA treatments obviously reduced grape disease incidence. Three times treamtments effect of BTH50mg/L and SA25mg/L reached 62.79% and 60.46%.2. BTH or SA treatment can obviously increase the activities of POD,CHT and GLU of grape leaves. The activities of POD, CHT and GLU of grape leaves which challenged by Plasrnopara viticola were higher than the leaves without any chanlleng. BTH or SA treatment also can promote the accumulation of total phenolics and flavonoid contents.3. Compared the treatments effect on POD,PAL,CHT and GLU activities by different concentration BTH or SA.It showed the effect of BTH50mg/L was better than BTH100mg/L treatment.And The effect of SA 50mg/L was better than the effect of SA25mg/L.But compared BTH and SA,the effect of BTH50mg/L treatment was better than others.4. It can obviously increase accumulation of leaves lignin by BTH or SA treatment with challenge.In the aspect of organic pathology,the composing and accumulation of lignin was more than control .BTH or SA treatment delayed the firmness and SSC decrease,but there was no significant effect on Vc content.5. It can reduce postharvest grape disease in storage by using BTH or SA treatment. Three times BTH or SA treatment was better than 2 times and 1 times treatment.6. BTH or SA treatment not only improved the firmness and SSC ,but also delayed the firmness and SSC decrease.
