The 7 microsatellite markers on chromosomes X were used to construct a linkage map of Cashmere Goats with a 794 members half-sib pedigrees after paternity testing.Builded a DNA library with 2693 Inner Mongolia White Cashmere goats, whose family tree and production performance are recorded completely. This DNA library can be used for a variety of quantitative and molecular genetics. The genetic variation of Inner Mongolia White Cashmere goats was higher, genetic polymorphism was plentiful,The average heterozygosity was 0.726 and the average polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.834.When doing including parentage testing with this 7 microsatellite markers use Cervus3.0,we can get combined exclusion Probability of 98.7% with 5 microsatellite markers and get 99.93% with 7 microsatellite markers. So it can be used in including parentage testing.A linkage map of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goats were built by Crimap after Paternity test on every offspring. The length of the map was 139.4cM.The average interval distance was 23.23cM,and the sequence of loci was coincident with the SM4.7(ARKdb).
