| Genetic diversity of Chaida-mu cashmere goat was studied by 8 microsatellite sites; In order to select the feasibility of cashmere yield and cashmere fineness, 4 KAP genes had been selected which could be taken as candidate gene at the same time.The 8 selected microsatellite locis had been got specific amplified products,59 allelic were obtained in all sites and the average number was 7.375.The effective allele number was the most at BM3413 and LSCV24,which had been got 9;MAF-70 and ILSTS082 had been got 8; BM3033 had been got 7.LSCV13,BM1227 and BM4037 had been got 6;Among the effective allele number are higher than 5. 8 microsatellites loci were remarkable polymorphic(PIC>0.5).Among the polymorphic microsatellite markers, heterozygosity, effective number of allele and polymorphisms information content of LSCV24 loci is the highest ( H =0.796,N=6.916 ,PIC=0.766),and heterozygosity (H),polymorphisms information content of BM3413 loci is the lowest (H=0.676,PIC=0.615); Effective number of allele of MAF-70 is the lowes(tN=0.7672).The average of heterozygosity polymorphisms information content is 0.733 and 0.688. which showed that genetic background is complex, genetic polymorphism is plentiful in the population.The result of F-test and multiple comparison between 4 KAP genes cashmere fineness and is cashmere fineness that, The LSM of genotypes on s3 and s4 loci was not significant(P> 0.05); The LSM of AB genotype(LSM=15.852) was significantly higher than AA (LSM=15.849)and BB genotype(LSM=15.841) on s1 loci(P<0.05); The LSM of AA genotype(LSM=16.003) was significantly higher than AB(LSM=15.193)and BB genotype(LSM=15.876) on s2 loci(p<0.05).Which indicated AB genotype on s1 loci and BB genotype on s2 loci may be the preferred marker genotype on. cashmere fineness.The result of F-test and multiple comparison between 4 KAP genes and cashmere yield that, The LSM of genotypes on s1 and s3 loci was not significant(P> 0.05); The LSM of AB genotype(LSM=520.045) was significantly higher than AA (LSM=464.312)and BB genotype(LSM=433.136) on s2 loci(P<0.05); The LSM of AA genotype(LSM=465.423) was significantly higher than AB(LSM=433.082)and BB genotype(LSM=461.365) on s4 loci(p<0.05).Which indicated AB genotype on s2 loci and BB genotype ,AA genotype on s4 loci may be the preferred marker genotype on cashmere yield .It was the highest among the 4 locis that the genetic correlation of cashmere on s1 loci(rBG=0.923437) and that the genetic correlation of cashmere yield on s2 loci(rBG=0. 968438); It was the lowest among the 4 locis that the genetic correlation of cashmere fineness on s2 loci(rBG=0.146687) and that the genetic correlation of cashmere yield on s4 loci(rBG=0.356966).Which showed that It may be the major gene of candidate gene to fineness was s1 and major gene of candidate to cashmere yield gene may be s2. |
