The Studies On The Primary Corresponding Cultivation Techniques Of Smallanthus Sonchifolius And Nutrient Analysis

SmallanthusFor screening out the best cultivation methods the central plains, the author comparative on field trials with greenhouse cultivation, rising sun ditch cultivation, plastic film and cultivation in open field.The results of experiments of cultivations show that prevernae greenhouse cultivation of Smallanthus Sonchifolius is one of the best method in the area of low altitude, the fast growing in the early period, the fast formation of the leaf surface and the high level of chlorophyll content are the substantial and physiological basis of the enlargement of root-tuberIn the later period. Greenhouse cultivation made the output of Smallanthus Sonchifolius 2809.1- 6570.9 kg/667㎡ in the area of low altitude, the average output of per plant of greenhouse cultivation is up to 3350g., are the best method of high yield cultivation and cropping pattern in the central plains,and are referenced main way in northern china region;rising sun ditch cultivation is second, its output is 1461.2- 5492.1 kg/667㎡. the average output of per plant of outdoor sowing is 1833.3 g,which is the lowest production.To optimal density, seed tuber size and pruning methods,and to discuss the main technical parameters in the production of Smallanthus Sonchifolius, we performed the orthogonal and relevant experiments based on the factors of density, pruning methods and seed tuber size,each factor has three levels:1000,1300,1600;One vine training,three bar and extensive management;25,50,75.The result shows that the key technique in the central China of density being 1300/667㎡,extensive management and seed tuber being 25 g/root-tuber made the highest production in Northern Henan Province.To determine fertilization level and the amount of base fertilizer of N,P,K to Smallanthus Sonchifolius,to know the influence of N,P,K to Smallanthus Sonchifolius and to provide the technical parameters of scientific fertilization, we performed the orthogonal and relevant experiments based on the factors of N, P and K,each factor has three levels:35,55,75;25,35,45;15,20,25.The result shows that the best application rate of K used as base fertilizer being 25g/plant,P being 45 g/plant and N bing 75g/plant made the highest production in Northern Henan Province.This is the best amount of base fertilize and the best influence index of N,P,K in the central plains.The change of main nutrients of Smallanthus Sonchifolius under the room temperature were investigated using its root for to know nutrient content and the nutrient content change,and to determine the best food time . we determine nutritional components and element with national food analysis method standard.The result of nutrient measurement and analysis shows that the maximum contents of the nutrients storage are water 87.79%, soluble sugar 13.2%,protein 0.95%,crude fiber 0.66%,ash 0.679%,there are 18 amino acids in Smallanthus Sonchifolius, 8 of them are necessary for human; there also exist K,Ca,Fe and Zn.During 25-50d storage,soluble sugar, protein,crude fiber,ash,amino acids and salt are in increasing trend; however,during 50-70d storage,soluble sugar, crude fiber,ash,Fe and Ca are in decreasing trend.The best edible period is about 50d after storage.
