Abstract/Summary:
In order to explore the effects of plant spacing and row spacing on growth and yield of tomato under different pruning methods,tap the cultivation potential of high yield of tomato and study the cultivation mode suitable for mechanized operation of greenhouse,this experiment adopted a completely random group design.The single-rod pruning experiment designed three density levels,Al:1668 plants/667m2,A2:2000 plants/667m2,A3:2668 plants/667m2.Three row spacing levels,B1:1.5m,B2:1.8m,B3:2.1m;there are 9 treatments.The double pole pruning types test was designed at three density levels,C1:1000 plants/667m2,C2:1334 plants/667m2,C3:1668 plants/667m2;Three row spacing levels,D1:2.0m,D2:2.3m,D3:2.6m;Two double pole pruning type levels,El:cotyledon node left 2 lateral branches,E2:the first and two true leaves left 2 lateral branches;there are 18 treatments.The test results are as follows:(1)The effects of plant spacing and row spacing under single rod pruning on the canopy characteristics and growth and development of tomatoA3B3(density:2668 plants/667m2,plant spacing:0.12m,row spacing:2.1m)processing to capture and utilization of plant canopy light within a certain extent,improve the efficiency of light energy,also is advantageous to the enhancement of the plant root activity,its 667 m2 production is 21569.3 kg,compared A1B3(density:1668 plants/667 m2,planting spacing:0.19 m,row spacing:2.1 m)processing production growth of 49.2%,and with other treatment had significant difference;The organic acid content was the lowest,0.27%,and the soluble sugar was the highest,2.35%.Therefore,A3B3(density:2668 plants/667 m2,plant spacing:0.12m,row spacing:2.1m)was an ideal cultivation mode for large-span plastic greenhouses suitable for mechanized operation.(2)The effects of different row spacing and double pole pruning types on the growth,development and yield of tomatoC3D1E1(density:1668 plants/667m2,plant spacing:0.2 m,row spacing:2.0 m,double pole pruning types:cotyledon nodes with two lateral branches)processing of tomato plant photosynthesis,the light energy utilization rate is higher,and the processing of tomato root growth condition is good,the largest output in 667 m2 and 20246.23kg,and with other processing all have significant difference,the minimum yield increased by 8663.77 kg,74.8%,in addition,the processing of tomato with appropriate weight(175.24 g)and fruit shape index(0.83),Vc content(16.15 mg/100 g)and soluble sugar content(1.92%)is higher,The low organic acid content(0.24%)indicated that the tomato under this treatment not only had the highest yield but also better quality.Therefore,C3D1E1(density:1668 plants/667m2,plant spacing:0.2m,row spacing:2.0m,double pole pruning type:cotyledon node 2 lateral branches)treatment has become a more ideal cultivation model under the double-rod pruning model of large-span plastic greenhouse.
