Pepper is a main vegetable crop in protected cultivation.As an important condiment,it is popular with people,but it is often affected by bad environment in facility production.Production facilities in northern winter generally have no heating equipment,relying on solar energy to improve temperature.The temperature difference between morning and evening,poor humidity control,weak light,soil salinization and other adverse environmental factors have a great impact to the growth of pepper.Therefore,reasonable cultivation and management measures are of great significance to the production of pepper in solar greenhouse.In this experiment,the strong resistance of pepper"hot two"as test materials was tested,and studied the effect of four kinds of different cultivation measures,including soil moisture,planting density and pruning,fertilizer and exogenous substances,on the growth and yield of pepper in order to provide technical support and theoretical guidance for the growth and yield of pepper.The results of this study are as follows:1.The best water control effect of soil water content is 60%80%(W3)in the growth of pepper.When 45 d was treated and soil content was W3,the plant height and stem diameter of pepper plants were the largest,and the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and stomatal conductance(Gs)of pepper leaves were the highest,and the single fruit weight and yield of pepper fruit were the highest.The intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),soluble protein content and catalase activity were the lowest.2.With the spacing of 40 cm×60 cm and three bar pruning(M2Z3)combining.the root length,root surface area,root volume,single fruit weight,yield,Pn and Gs of pepper leaves were the highest.By conducting different pruning under the same planting density,the single fruit weight,yield,Pn and Gs of pepper leaves were the highest at Z3,and by conducting different planting density under the same pruning,the single fruit weight,yield,Pn,Gs,root surface area and root volume were the highest and root length were the longest at M2.3.The single plant results and yield was the highest under the ratio of N2P2K2(26,5,31kg/667 m2),and the amount of nitrogen fertilizer could promote the plant height,stem diameter,Pn,Gs,root length,root surface area,single fruit weight and yield.K3(31 kg/667 m2)of nitrogen content inhibited plant height,stem diameter,Pn,Gs,root length,root surface area,single fruit weight and yield and In the range of 031 kg/667 m2,the single fruit weight,the number of plant results,and the yield of the pepper increased.With potassium content reaching 47 kg/667 m2,the growth of the root of the pepper was inhibited.In the range of 05 kg/667 m2,with phosphorus content increasing,the Pn and Gs of pepper leaves will increase,and the Pn and Gs of pepper leaves was inhibited at 8 kg/667 m2 of phosphorus content.4.A2(DA-6,20 mg/l)and Y1(28-HBR,0.5 g/l)was the best.The single application of DA-6and 28-HBR significantly promoted the leaf chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,Pn,Gs,fruit weight and yield,and decreased Ci.Leaf chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,Pn,Gs,fruit weight and yield of compounds of DA-6 and 28-HBR were significantly higher than that of single treatment. |
